What is Covered:

• Premature Wood Frame Slats Crack: Loss of internal structural load-bearing capacity where the wood slats frame cracks or collapses prematurely under standard recommended everyday usage conditions.
• Structural Joint Failures: Defective independent fastener pulling, heavy steel beam welding separation, or irregular premature collapse of the internal stabilizing borders within the 3-year frame.

Strict Warranty Terms & Exclusions (Not Eligible for Claim):

• Hygiene & Liquids: The box spring cover must be kept completely dry, clean, and free from spills. Any presence of liquid stains, fluid marks, or unsanitary conditions fully voids the manufacturer warranty due to strict health and safety codes.
• Inadequate Frame Bed Support: Damage resulting from using an unsupportive bed frame beneath this box spring, such as a frame lacking a center beam or resting on weak loose frame perimeter edges, is not covered. Center beam frame support with rigid vertical center legs is mandatory for Queen and King sizes.
• Standard Cosmetic Wear: Standard gradual wear of external dust fabrics, slight friction piling over time, or changes in personal mattress profile preference do not qualify as technical manufacturing defects.

Setup & Structural Box Spring Care Instructions

• Unboxing & Component Placement: Carefully clip or unwrap the protective plastic transit wrap. Position the box spring flat directly onto your bed frame structure carefully to avoid dragging over sharp corners.
• Heavy-Duty Frame Matching: Ensure your underlying metal bed frame features a robust platform center support beam with central vertical legs. Weak center rails without legs will cause the box spring to bow down, ruining your mattress alignment properties.
• End-to-End Rotation Layout: This premium box spring should never be flipped upside down due to its bottom dust-guard design. Instead, rotate the box spring end-to-end every 6 months to ensure completely uniform compression wear across heavy weight layout zones.
• Moisture & Surface Defense: Protect the dense inner timber core layers from direct contact with liquids. We strongly recommend using your mattress wrapper layers cleanly over the foundation to keep the exterior quilted fabric spotless and preserve warranty parameters.
