• Final Approval Guardrail: Once the sectional pieces are fully unboxed, assembled into your preferred space setup, and you have checked and approved its condition, returns are not accepted.

• Safe Blade-Free Unboxing: High-quality structural upholstery fabric weaves can catch, slice, or scar easily under sharp pressure. Avoid driving box cutting knives deep into the shipping wrap layers to protect the tailored fabric cushions beneath.
• Sleeper Mechanism Operation: To extend the pull-out bed mattress, simply pull the fabric handles outward until the lower frame glides completely out from beneath the chassis, then lift upward firmly until it clicks securely flush with the main seat cushions.
• Fabric Material Maintenance: Clean the black or grey fabric layout periodically using a soft upholstery brush vacuum attachment to clear loose dust. For accidental liquid spills, blot immediately with a clean, dry microfiber cloth; do not rub aggressively to preserve the weave texture.
• Cushion Seat & Loft Optimization: After completing the simple frame setup, give your loose back elements a light plumping fluff to allow the high-resilience foam core cell matrix to capture air and expand perfectly into its permanent showroom layout shape.
